Fatores de personalidade e sintomatologia depressiva de pacientes com fibromialgia / Personality factors and depressive symptoms in fibromyalgia patients Abstract

RESUMO A presença de sintomas depressivos em pacientes crônicos é comum e está associada com a redução da qualidade de vida. Esse estudo em questão, objetivou levantar a sintomatologia depressiva em pacientes fibromiálgicos crônicos e identificar sua relação com características de personalidade. Trata-se de um estudo transversal, descritivo e correlacional. A amostra consistiu de 20 indivíduos, homens e mulheres, com idades entre 32 a 62 anos, com diagnóstico de fibromialgia e em processo de tratamento clínico. Para a coleta de dados utilizou-se o Inventário de Depressão Beck (BDI-II) e a Bateria Fatorial de Personalidade (BFP) e as análises foram descritivas e correlacionais. Identificou-se sintomas depressivos moderados a graves na maioria dos pesquisados e houve associação entre Neuroticismo, Extroversão, Realização e Abertura, indicando que pacientes com fibromialgia se mostram em sofrimento psicológico, com possível dificuldades na tomada de iniciativa, na abertura a novas experiências e na automotivação

ABSTRACT Depressive symptoms in chronic patients is common and it is associated with less life quality. This study aimed to list depressive symptoms in chronic fibromyalgia patients and identify their connection with personality characteristics. This is a cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational study. There were 20 people involved, men and women, from 32 to 62 years old, with fibromyalgia diagnosed and undergoing clinical treatment. For data collection, the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II) and the Personality Factor Battery (BFP) were used with descriptive and correlational analyzes. Moderate to severe depressive symptoms were identified in the majority of those surveyed and there was an association among Neuroticism, Extroversion, Achievement and Openness indicating that patients with fibromyalgia are in psychological distress with possible difficulties in taking the initiative, being open to new experiences and in self-motivation

Prematuridade e paternidade: um estudo de revisão sistemática / Prematurity and paternity: a systematic review study

Objetivou-se com o presente estudo, mapear e compreender os sentimentos vivenciados pelo pai em casos de nascimento de filho prematuro internado em uma Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal (UTIN). Para isso, realizou-se uma busca e análise dos artigos, incluindo pesquisas nas bases eletrônicas Scielo, Psyclnfo, Pepsic, PubMed, Scopus e nos portais Capes e BVS, nos meses de junho e julho de 2018. Foram incluídas publicações compreendendo o período de 2008 a 2018 com o uso de termos padronizados e previstos pelo DECS e Mesh Terms: premature, paternity e neonatal intensive care unit. Foram incluídos na pesquisa os artigos publicados em revistas científicas no intervalo dos últimos dez anos, em língua portuguesa, inglesa e espanhola. Pesquisas que examinavam o papel do pai em uma Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal (UTIN) foram inclusas. Concluiu-se que, profissionais da enfermagem possuem maior interesse em pesquisar a respeito do papel paterno em contextos de prematuridade. Estes estudos verificaram que os pais (homens), integrantes das pesquisas, relataram sentimentos de surpresa e medo quanto ao nascimento do filho prematuro, estes mesmos pais queriam estar inseridos nos cuidados do recém-nascido internado, e por fim descobriram seu verdadeiro papel como pai.

The objective of this study was to map and understand the feelings experienced by the father in cases of the birth of a premature child hospitalized in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). For this, a search and analysis of the articles were carried out including researches in the electronic bases Scielo, Psyclnfo, Pepsic, PubMed, Scopus and in the portals Capes and VHL, in the months of June and July of 2018. Publications including the period from 2008 to 2018 with the use of standard terms and predicted by DECS and Mesh Terms: premature, paternity and neonatal intensive care unit. The articles included in the research were articles published in scientific journals during the last ten years, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Researches that analyzed the father's role in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit NICU were included. It was concluded that nursing professionals have a greater interest in researching on the paternal role in contexts of prematurity. These studies found that the parents (men) reported that they felt feelings of surprise and fear about the birth of the preterm child that these same parents wanted to be included in the care of the hospitalized newborn and finally discovered their true role as father.

Educação emocional em processos de luto na creche / Emotional education in mourning processes in daycare

O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar um relato de experiência sobre o trabalho do psicólogo escolar em formação, destacando o desenvolvimento de uma avaliação de como se dá o processo psicoeducativo sobre o luto em uma creche. Por meio de encontros semanais durante um ano de estágio com grupos de 15 crianças de 4 a 6 anos, possibilitou-se a reflexão sobre o que é o luto, assim como suas diversas facetas e sentimentos decorrentes do mesmo. Esse projeto possibilitou refletir sobre a importância das crianças terem um ambiente acolhedor para as mesmas sentiremse compreendidas e mais seguras em um momento de tanta insegurança. Observou-se que nesse período surgiram possibilidades de rompimento do tabu de falar sobre a morte o que faz supor que as avaliações e orientações realizadas contribuíram para qualificar as relações entre os alunos e comunidade escolar acerca de seus sentimentos.(AU)

The aim of this paper is to present an experience report about the work of a school psychologist in training, highlighting the development of a psycheducational project about mourning. This project makes it possible to reflect on the importance of children having a welcoming environment so that they feel understood and more secure in an insecurity moment. Through weekly meetings with groups of 15 children from 4 to 6 years of age, it was possible to reflect on what mourning is, as well as its various facets and feelings. It was observed that in a period of one year of internship there were possibilities for breaking the taboo of talking about death, which suggests that the evaluations and orientations carried out contributed to qualify the relations between the students and the school community about their feelings.(AU)
